IMPROMPTU works across Creative Direction, AI Image & Video Production, and Concept Visualisation. Each can be engaged independently or as part of a broader collaboration.
Creative Direction
For brands that have the production capacity but need a clear creative vision to guide it. IMPROMPTU develops the direction — concept, references, visual language — and stays involved throughout to ensure the work stays coherent from start to finish. Without taking over the execution.
01
Brief
A first call to understand the project — objectives, context, constraints, and the production setup already in place.
02
Debrief
IMPROMPTU returns with a creative direction proposal: references, moodboard, and a breakdown of the visual approach. This includes an analysis of the brand's visual codes and how the project fits within its broader identity. Explicit approval is required before production begins.
03
Production follow-up
IMPROMPTU stays involved during production — reviewing work in progress, giving feedback on compositions, colour, and overall coherence with the approved direction. The number of touchpoints is agreed at the start of each project.
04
Final review
A last pass to ensure the delivered work is consistent with the creative direction — before anything goes out.
Direction, not execution
IMPROMPTU defines the creative vision and stays involved throughout. The production team executes. Keeping that distinction clear from the start makes the collaboration work better for everyone.
Touchpoints defined upfront
The number of review rounds is agreed at the beginning. More involvement is always possible — it's just scoped separately.
We bring a point of view
Every project benefits from having a clear creative perspective behind it. We work best when there's room for that.
AI Image & Video Production
We produce images and video for fashion and luxury brands. Still life and product compositions developed through generative workflows — from creative direction through to final delivery. For brands that need work that reflects their visual world with precision and aesthetic criteria.

Two rounds of feedback, included
The image development phase includes two rounds of feedback. Additional iterations are welcome — they're scoped and priced separately.
Creative direction comes first
We develop and agree on the direction before any production begins. It's a step that saves time and avoids the kind of back-and-forth that happens when a project starts without one.
Rights and licensing
Usage rights — scope, channels, duration — are agreed at the start of every project.

Creative direction comes first
Development doesn't begin until the direction is approved. It keeps the work focused and the process clean.
Rights and licensing
Usage rights for all deliverables — drafts, renders, and 3D models — are agreed at the start of every project.
